Efficient transport system is essential for the development of any Country. The transport system of Pakistan has improved greatly from the time of independence. Lahore- Islamabad motor-way is the biggest project in this regards. The completion of this project will not only reduce the congestion of traffic on the GT rods but will also bring prosperity to the villages along the roadside.

   Air travel services are available in both pulic and private sector, Pakistan international Airline (PIA) is the Public air company .PIA covers international and domestics stations.
   The country has two major seaport, Karachi seaport and Qasim seaport , which handle bulk shipment of imports and export. Two new ports, Gawadar and keli bunder fish harbour -cum mini port are being development.
